The reservation management, check-ins scheduling and the answer to guests' questions, after reservation contact, will be an integral part of the functions of your personal manager, which will provide a permanent support service. Besides that, your manager will take care of all the procedures regarding the business (SEF and DRT, Modelo 30, Periodical declaration of IVA, Invoice's issuance, Monthly and yearly statistic reports of the accommodation), solving all of the required logistics and paperwork.

Knowing how to greet is the motto for your accommodation to last in the memory of your clients and be recollected as a place where they can return. So we chose to do check-in and check-out in person for all reservations, including the later check-ins that will be done with kindness, as always.
After the reception of our guests with the gift of a welcoming basket, the house is going to be presented. We will provide all relevant touristic information and emphasize our availability for the client support service 24 hours per day, establishing a spontaneous and available communication with the guest, making them feel at home. Before every stay, the accommodation is inspected and everything related to the house maintenance is reported to the owner, so that we can schedule a quick intervention.
Since our services with the accommodation management and guests do not run out, we have prepared a group of extra services made for you, so that you can enjoy an hassle-free experience.
Knowing that image is fundamental to achieve success, we propose a professional photoshoot of your property (Premium Plan included), to promote with the most accuracy and professionalism on the platforms. Other tool on your disposal is Digital Marketing. A solution that covers the creation of a logo of the property (Premium Plan included)a suggestion of an identifying name and the creation of a web page in our section of accommodations, where you can host your house for direct solicitation sells without the payment of taxes. We even suggest the development of a custom merchandising suitable for you house's identity, as well as the creation and design of the House's Instructions Book, with rules and tips related to the property.
A Caseira can still offer, combined with our set of strategic partners, consultancy in interior design and decoration, house maintenance (little and big reparations), exterior spaces maintenance (garden, yard, swimming pool) and a service of pest control.
We value the well-being and the comfort of our guests, which makes sanitization of the house one of our priorities. You can get a cleaning and laundry service (Premium Plan included) complete and rigorous, composed of a qualified team that follows a set of requirements and fulfill the sanitary recommendations, according to the norms of the Seal “Clean & Safe”. After every stay, the accommodation is going to be cleaned and desinfected and all of the consumables recharged (kitchen and bathroom).
Whoever visits the accomodation will feel safe, confident and comfortable to enjoy the best the house and island has to offer.
We know well it can be complicated and boring the process of licensing a property. For that reason, we are ready to solve your problems, making the registration of you local accommodation.
O Our work is going to contemplate the opening of the process, the elaboration of the required elements for the licensing, the comunication with all the participants, the follow-up of technical visits and inspection, the identification and addition of goods and legal imposition devices and the conclusion de licenciamento. Este serviço terá o custo de 350€ + IVA para os subscritores do Premium Plan, so in the remaining Plans the price will be checked.
It doens't include taxes, neither the equipments addition value required to the certification.
